Hello Experts,
We have set 30 seconds for the wrap up time but as you can see sometimes it takes more than 2 or very close to 3 minutes.
Is there any settings somewhere that I have missed?

It os only on the CSO you set that up
Can you give a screenshot of the csq setting page where you set it up ?

There are also some defects about it, like here https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwe35264 and https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvz64970 , in case any of these match your scenario?

The wrap up time for one of the CSQ was set to 130 instead of 30. Sorry bothering you guys. I didn't have access to the server to verify before opening the case.
