Finnesse Agent can see all queues on there queue stats

Finnesse Agent can see all queues on there queue stats - they are not a Supervisor but agent 

Running latest version of Finnesse 

Tried Different Browsers 

Cleared cache on users PC 

Tried rebuilding user 

Cannot work out why this is happening - only 1 user affected using same url as working users

Have is the team settings?

there are 2 things that affect which csq the agent can see

  • the agent has to have the skill / csq
  • The csq is selected on the team

which version of ccx are you running?

12.5.1.11002-481 (su2-ES04) is the Finesse Version 

 

 

As you can see Agent can see multiple versions of call queues 

 

I think what you are referring are live reports, you may have to adjust your finesse agent desktop layout to manage which reports you want to show them. I usually show my agents their own stats and queues.
