Force Open / Close a UCCX CSQ By Calling A Phone Number

Hi there.

Is there a way of force opening and closing a CSQ by dialling a specific extension number?

Would like to set up an "Emergency Number" for our call centre so when they have to evacuate the Tl can just dial a number and it auto closes a specific CSQ rather than logging in and so forth and so on.

Look for BaseLineUpdateState.aef script available at below link. This will work for 10.5 UCCX as well
