Getting CUCM 10.5

Hi there

Trying to download CUCM 10.5, but looking at the options there options for upgrade, locate, utilities, etc. As this is a fresh install and it will be install in a  virtual server, excuse me, but  I don´t see an option for a fresh instalation, maybe is just me that I don´t know which one to choose. I´ve been looking these links.

The ISO posted on cisco website for CUCM is non-bootable, so you cannot use it for fresh install.  There are methods to convert it to bootable (unsupported) you can google for if this is for lab, etc.

You would download "UCSInstall_UCOS_10.5.2.17900-13.sgn.iso" from here https://software.cisco.com/download/home/285963825/type/282074295/release/10.5%25282%2529SU7

for the latest 10.5.2SU7.

Hi there

You can install only using a bootable disc and unfortunately Cisco don't publish in the software download area. Your options are

1. If you have a valid contract, order the software via PUT (Product Upgrade Tool)
2. Get in touch with your Cisco AM/SE and ask for a Bootable Disc.
