HCS UCCE 12.5 Support for GED-125 specification 3.1a

Hello,

We are executing a tech refresh upgrade from HCS UCCE 10.5 to HCS UCCE 12.5.  The existing HCS UCCE 10.5 includes a VRU PG that is integrated with a third party IVR.  This third party IVR integrates with the VRU PG via GED-125 spec 3.1a.

Does HCS UCCE 12.5 still support GED-125 spec 3.1a?

@dekwan might be able to tell you what's the latest version. I believe to actually get a copy of the spec is to have some sort of developer partnership with the CC team, but I would love to know.

Thanks for the tag. Sorry for the slow response, I had to look into this.

I got a reply from the CCE team who said:

"We have not removed any features from GED-125 and hence 6.x is backward compatible with 3.1a. I would suggest the customer to validate as we generally don’t test with 3^rd party IVRs."

Does HCS UCCE 12.5 still support GED-125 spec 3.1a?

It seems like 6.x is the latest version. I am still trying to get a hold of the GED-125 docs. Stay tuned.
