Dear my friend.
I want to convert recording file from Raw to Wav.
I have get it from UCCX Server to my Computer.
I put it on this path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Audio
Raw2Wave unity is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Desktop\bin
I copy 2 Raw file (To/From.Raw) to C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Desktop\bin (named 20130531091923000001754Agent754-1.From.Raw)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Desktop\bin>
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Desktop\bin>raw2wav.exe 20130531091923000001754Agent754-1.From.Raw
continuing..
The From raw file is empty.
The To raw file don't exist.
Reached EOF in From raw file.
Reached EOF in To raw file.
After that I have changed file name to 1.From.Raw and 1.To.Raw
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Desktop\bin>raw2wav.exe 1.From.Raw
continuing..
The From raw file is empty.
The To raw file don't exist.
Reached EOF in From raw file.
Reached EOF in To raw file.
I don't know why it can't be converted to WAV file.
Can anyone help me to solve it.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Vinh,
Try using an XP machine, RAW to WAV has some path issues and does not accept "Program Files (x86)" sometimes.
Let me know how it goes.

Chuck

Also, you can pick up Audacity, a free audio manipulation tool. Simply open the RAW data file using the software, and then Export in the file format you need.

Thanks Chak.
When using XP Machine, I have converted successfull single file.
But it doesn't work when I use cript (for %% in (..\..\Desktop_audio\*.raw) do raw2wav "%%~nc%%~xc")

Thanks for quick respone.
I can use your document to create MOH.
But in this case, I need to convert 2 recording file xxxx.To.Raw and xxxx.From.Raw to one file xxxx.wav. And I think Audacity can't do it.

If you include the files along with exactly what you'd like done with them, I will attempt to convert. If I can, I will include the converted files and instructions for you.

What order would you like them in?

I was able to successfully open the RAW files in Audacity but they sound like modem handshake noise. I verified that RAW is a supported file format for Audacity, and opened a few other RAW sound files successfully.
Is terrible modem noise the intended sound, or is something a bit wonky?

I want to convert them into 1 file .wav.
This is 2 file of 1 voice recording in UCCX.
I have export them from UCCX via SFTP and now I must merge them and convert to .wav to store.
You can read link post by Sunil_Vs1 to know about this type of file
I think it's only able to hear when we can convert them to 1 file.
Thanks so much.
