How to get customer live chat from the agent desktop to 3rdpartygadget

Hello Team,

I am using a Cisco finesse 3rd party gadget. Whenever a new chat accepted by an agent the gadget will pop up along with the agent chat window. I need to get the conversation happening between agent and customer then use it inside the gadget. Could you please guide me, to know how to achieve this in 3rd party gadgets.
