how to get data from the database db_cra in UCCX 8.5.

I am editing an script in UCCX editor, I need access to data in database db_cra.

I was thinking in ECC (Expanded Call Context), but I could not.

It is possible?

Sorry, you cannot access the on-box Informx databases within the script. The closest you can get is the Get Reporting Statistic step.
