I have question. In "Agent_Event_Detail" table, I found some strange Reason-Codes which I didnt configure at ICM Configuration Manager Reason Code tab.
Those values are like that : 65535, 50002, 50010, 50003, 32767, 0, NULL.
Do they have any special meaning?
Currently, our system configured with ICM 6.0, CCS, CEM - Duplexed System.

Dear d avid & all,
The only one defined in Our ICM config is as below..
the below ones are showing only NOT READY agent states in reports but the string '1234' is coming for all agent state.
we are using Jawab CTI and Cisco CTI Cleint
1 | Break(custom) | |
2 | Meeting(custom) | |
3 | prayer(custom) | |
4 | call back(custom) |

Hi,
cant you just ask that Jawab or whoever who implemented it?
Can you just go and upload:
- an excerpt from the Agent_Event_Detail table (so we can see whether the data itself is wrong)
- if the report is custom made, the SQL select from it.

Can you answer Gergely's questions? Also, I have a feeling that the 1234 shows up because of an incorrect query or something since each individual number 1, 2, 3, 4 matches with your reason codes. Maybe as a test change the reason code of 4 to 7 and see what you get.

Did the OP say he was on CAD or CTIOS ?
I have no idea what "Jawab CTI and Cisco CTI Cleint" means.

Geoff
