ICM_Play media configuration

Can someone guide me to configure Play media prompts through configuration manager in ICM. Also let me know where to place the prompts.

Compared to other things in CVP, this part was not difficult. Follow the link to the doc Bill posted. Hard to know what you don't know. 

ECC variables media_server, locale, app_media_lib.

VruName defines the type (e.g. PM) and the wav file, separated by a comma.

What is troubling you.
