Inactive or unreferenced scripts

I need to have a query to get the inactive or unreferenced scripts.Can anyone please help on this.

When I query t_Master_Script , i even get the inactive or unreferenced scripts.

Also, I want to get the call types that used inside the scripts

There's not going to be an easy way to do this, especially if you use dynamic Call Types or PQ that might not otherwise have a explicit reference in a script.

But did you as a start look in Config Manager at Script Reference? That will get you some of what you need. It also depends on what you mean by not referenced, do you mean not tied to anything or a script tied to a call type but with no activity for instance.

Script  that is free floating. 

Not referenced in other scripts nor scheduled by the call types.

You need to use Script reference in Configuration Manager as Bill suggested; I hope you are not using dynamic allocations of Call types, PQs etc, if so, they will not get listed under script reference.
