In our outbound we use 3 phone numbers per one customer. So we have import file like that:
Customer1Phone01,Customer1Phone02,Customer1Phone03,Customer1Name,Customer2Phone01,Customer2Phone02,Customer2Phone03,Customer2Name.
When Dialer starts it always use Customer1Phone01 for Customer1, but newer try Phone02, Phone03. It using Phone02 and Phone03 only if Agent accepted ?Wrong Number? or Dialer assimilated Phone01 as ?Wrong Number?. Anybody know the principle of using all Phone Numbers per Customer by the Dialer?? For Example in Campaign Manager I made priority of calls:Phone01,Phone02,Phone03. When Dialer ring to Phone01 and it is busy, It will attempt to ring that number after 30 minutes, but I want to ring to Phone02 just after unsuccessful call to Phone01. If there are any ?triggers? to make dialing like describing?

The Unified OUTD provides the ability for Unified CCE to place calls on behalf of agents to customers based upon a predefined campaign.

Cisco Engineers assert that this was fixed in the IPCC version 7.2.3
