Hi.
I will have all my agents using the IP Phone only instead of the CAD licenses. My question is for the supervisor to monitor all agent states do I need to install the CAD Agent as well as the supervisor software as always?? Or the supervisor can also have an IP Phone agent without the CAD software?
Also not related to the question above but does anybody know why the IPCC Server ping every CAD workstation? On the IPCC traces I can see the server pinging every CAD workstation. Some of my clients are dropping that traffic and I don't know if it is needed.
