Is this facility available for the Express version or is it just for the Enterprise

It works with IPCC Express.

Have you implemented the call recording with IPCC-E. We had a consoultant tell us that it requires a second IPCC-E server dedicated to recording, yet I haven't found that documented anywhere.

At our company we use Freedom Dictaphone to do our call recording.Very easy to use, the software though was difficult to install. But once working is easy to maintain.
