I am using IPIVR 8.5.1 in a UCCE environment and was wondering how to check current and historical IVR port utilization? I have searched in UCCX Administration and was unable to find the information I need. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can find current utilization of IVR ports in UCCE Script Editor- Real-time Data. Select Service and you will see your IVR's service statistic.
Also, you can find stat in

Login to IVR and navigate to below:
Tools --> Real Time reporting --> Report --> Application Task Summary / Contact summary..
You will see how many tasks/Contacts are running and how many are completed.

Joseph, there is no report unfortunately on IPIVR 8.5 that can give the statistics about the IVR ports. Starting version 9 IPIVR, there had been a new report introduced known as License Utilization Hourly Report which can provide information about maximum number of inbound ports that are used in the given date and hour.
