IPIVR alert/alarm when Partial service

Is there any way to setup some notification directly from IPIVR/UCCX whenever the system goes into Partial service?

Hi Loh,

You can use monitoring tool i.e CUOM (Cisco unified operations manager) to get the alert. Or even can use any cheap 3rd party monitoring tools to monitor the services.

For medium and large solution normally customers use CUOM or sometime use their existing monitoring tools (CA NMS, IBM trevoli). but small customer go with freewares. I can remeber few years back for one of my customer we used Solarwinds.
