Is it possible to increase the numbers of rings for the agens in CCX 8.5

Hello,

I am trying to increase the rings for a Team in CCX. I found instructions for how to do this in version 4 but I haven't found this for 8.5. Is this possible?

You assign the ring cycle in UCM not CCX.

Ross is correct, you will have to go into the IPCC DN via CUCM and modify the "ring no answer duration"

Yes you can do this in UCCX, Right Click on the "Select Resource" Select Properties, Change the "Time Out" to what you want. Remember 1 Ring is ABOUT 4 seconds.
