Issue Agents seen double on Supervisor Finesse Desktop TEAM Performance

Hello,

 

We are facing an issue the Finesse TEAM Performance gadget on the supervisor show sometimes the same agent two times

 

Has anyone faced the same issue before ?

 

We have an UCCE 11.6 and Finesse Version 11.6
