Hi,
Need help with determing why I am getting a java.net SockeException,login anonomously in Standby ModeI error on attmepting to login to the Unified CCX Editor version 8.5 (1)
my second request for help is: Once I resolve the login issue, getting guidance on editing an existing holiday file. I need to know if it it possible to do this rather than recreate an new file to be uploaded. Thank you for your help.

Hi,
a SocketException usually means connectivity or SSL issues.
Are you sure there'snothing blocking the view from your client to the UCCX server? A firewall, perhaps?
