Hi,
We are using UCCX version 5.0(2)SR3.Is there any way to find out what JTAPI version we are using through GUI or command except compatibility guide which shows what all Call Manager version are compatible?

Hello,
On the UCCX server , click on start-> programs -> Cisco JTAPI -> cisco JTAPI preference
on the bar of the preference you will find the exact version of the installed JTAPI version.

UCCX simply downloads the JTAPI installer from CUCM and installs it. Whatever version of the TSP is bundled with CUCM will be what CCX runs. This will hold true even in 8.x where CCX has turned to GNU/Linux. All the compability matrix shows is what versions of CUCM/JTAPI the CCX BU has tested.
