Howdy. I would like to have my Agents have Remedy (our Helpdesk application) launch when they start their CAD. Does Remedy need to be installed on the CRS server in order to be able to do that?
We are using 4.0.4 (or 4.0.3) Premium.

Hi,
You don't need to install Remedy on CRS Server. You only have to install Remedy on your agents desktops and launch Remedy when CAD starts.
To do this you have to set up an action that opens Remedy when CAD launches from the Cisco Desktop Administrator.

Went to class last week after supporting IPCC since last August (i.e., it was dumped on me) and found out about this forum there - I love forums!!
So, just to confirm, I should be able to have the path of "C:\Program Files\AR System\User\aruser.exe" (minus the quotes) in the 'Application' field and it will follow that path on the Agent's desktop?

I think that it is enough. I have made some demos using the simple 'notepad' and works.
