I'm running IPCC Express 4.0(1) with CAD 6.1(1). When I press the Make Call button in CAD, I get the following error message:
10:27:53 The agent- or workflow-initiated action request failed.

You may have to set up a workflow in the CAD Admin

You cannot setup workflows with CAD Standard. Does that mean there's no way to make the button work?

Hi Brandon,
I have had this same issue.
Is your ICD line anything but line one.
The only way I could get the CAD to dial was to make the ICD line , line 1.
I have raised this with the TAC and this problem should be fixed with SR 2.

Ive got the same problem, and have all the items that are listed off in this conversation. Still have this problem.
Did you get this to work, and how.
I have a compleatly vanilla system built. I thought the comment about this being a licence issue was a joke.

I haven't tried it yet, but I've been told by TAC that SR1 for CRS will solve the problem.
