Menu script

I am trying to figure out how to display on the agents console the menu option the customer select, but I want to replace the number with a name. Can someone help steer me in the right direction... thanks

If I need to post the script please let me know.

UCCE?  UCCX?  CVP?  Mainly it's just going to be an if statement IF CED = "1" THEN Set Variable 1 = "Customer Service".  Additionally, if your menu selections match your queues, then the agents will know what the customer pressed based on what queue the call came in on.

It is UCCX 8.5. Yeah, there is just one queue that all the options point to. I will try this...Thanks
