Moh on IPCC

Hi, i have a call centre and when internal clients call the call centre it will play prompts and forward calls to the agents but if all agents are busy it will play music on hold, but for external calls if all agents are busy it does play the music on hold, the caller hears dead silence.

Are your PSTN gateways configured with a correct MRGL that includes an MOH server?   Do non-IPCC calls from the PSTN get MOH when placed on hold?

Thanks Glenn, the Gateway are configured with correct MRGL, yes non IPCC calls from the PSTN do the hear MOH when they are placed on hold, it does not play MOH to external callers when they are waiting for agents to take their calls.
