Hello is there any one doing monitoring from a cell phone?

Hi,

There are a couple ways you could do this.

1 - Have a wallboard system setup on a DMZ or reverse proxy IIS server.
2 - See if your company has a mobile VPN client, like Anyconnect - which could allow you to open an internal wallboard system.

I have been using Option 1 using the 2Ring Dashboard & Wallboards and it works well enough for quick agent monitoring.

How did you know the OP didn't mean audio monitoring?

Yeah I assumed he meant voice monitoring. Does UCCX have RMS like UCCE use to have? RMS=Remote Monitoring Server. I believe this was discontinued by Cisco but I believe some partner took over the development and sells it under their own name.

The CAD based Remote Silent Monitoring went away when we got v11. They never replaced it with anything. So, all solutions now, are going to be 3rd party based I do believe.
