If i have a script that puts you in queue 1, if after x amount of time on hold, send to queue 2.
In the reports won't this call be shown as a "Call presented" in both queues therefore being double counted and how do i get around this?

Yes, this will show the contact in two queues. However, if you use a Dequeue step prior to sending to a new queue, the reports will show the first queue / application with a "Dequeued" / "Flow out" call for the first CSQ and application.

If you call is queued in CSQ 1 and CSQ 2, and is answered in CSQ 2, then i will show up as deQueued in CSQ 1
