Hi,
I am Manoj,
Yesterday 14th November 2023 I was giving my CCNA exam as scheduled.
After all the pre-checks Proctor released my exam,
After releasing the exam, proctor pinged in the chat that my face is not clearly visible so I adjusted my laptop screen and then also he told my face is not visible.
the I Just opened the window curtains so that my face can be seen clearly and at that time I didn't even started the exam.
After that I started taking the exam all of a sudden proctor revoked the exam, texting that I was not in the camera.
but I was sitting in front of the laptop only. why did proctor revoke the exam within 2 minutes when the exam started?
Please help me reschedule the exam so that I can continue the exam from where I left.

You need to raise an ticket with them (Pearson Vue and cisco) - there are clear instructions given when you going the exam at home. Once exam started you should not move or away from desk, if you do not follow the instructions that exam is not valid.
Open a ticket (not here) from your Pearson portal they may help you ( good luck)

I had a couple experiences like you describe as far as the remote proctors' behavior/attitude as well as software on my work laptop flagged where I had to use my personal machine. I intend to take future exams in person (how I took some of my exams a few years ago) in the future to avoid some of these issues.
I also had issues when following up with PearsonVue as far as getting support. Just my $.02.
