I have a CCX System version: 12.0.1.10000-24
I have configured an agent to be a supervisor by the following:
Tools--> User Management--> Supervisor Capability View --> searched for userID and added it to Supervisor Box, clicked Update.
When I go to
Tools--> User Management--> Supervisor Capability View --> searched for userID I saw this WITH SUPERVISOR capability.
But When I go to:
Subsystem --> RmCm--> Teams--> clicked on Team Name
I DO NOT find this new supervisor as an "Available Supervisor".
And under :
User is now listed in Subsystem --> Rmcm --> Resources I do not see this user with an asteric (*) indicating is a supervisor.
Do I need to restart any CCX service to solve this issue?
