Hello Cisco Team,
Can you please let us know how many subscription allowed by the Cisco Finesse Notification service for UCCE Finesse & UCCX Finesse?
Will there be any issue if we are running 1000+ agents ? For each agent there will be subscription with Cisco Finesse Notification Service.

This is effectively a sizing query on how many agents a specific solution supports.
UCCX can support up to a max of 400 agents - depending on the OVA Template you use.
But also depends on other factors - such as call volume / rate etc.

UCCE supports 2,000 - 12,000 agents.

I am asking because Finesse Desktop is already running and we are implementing Softphone on Salesforce CRM which will communicate to our Finesse Connector. Finesse Connector will communicate to Finesse Server and Finesse Notification Service.
Customer wants to use Finesse desktop and Salesforce CRM Softphone Client parallel. Reason for Use of Finesse desktop is there is some gadgets running inside Finesse Desktop client.

Hi Umesh,
Finesse only supports one connection to the Finesse Notification Service per user. So if you are already using the Finesse desktop, that connection is already taken. The notification service itself won't reject additional connections, but it isn't supported because Finesse cannot guarantee that the notifications will make it to all the connections.
