Hi Friends,
I am new to IPCCX/IPIVR scripting and having difficulties for scripting.
Can anybody suggest me what is the official way of getting help on scripting?
Cisco PArtner helpline suggested me to subscribe to "Cisco Developer Support Central" as per the below link.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/svcs/ps3034/ps5408/ps5418/serv_home.html
1)Can you please suggest is it really worth and how much is the cost.
2)Any other source for help?
Thanks

You can engage a local Cisco Partner, there's plenty of them and most of them that specilize in Unfied Communications can do UCCX. Or you can always engage freelance consultant on sites like www.guru.com. What is it that you are looking to script perhpas someone here can assist you or is willing to take on the project.

Dear Chris,
I want to expertise the scripting myself.
Of course Netforum is one of my favourite place.
But the response is delayed, since there is no direct contact.
So, please help to answer to my original question.
Thanks

Attend some classess at a Cisco Training Partner, they can get you started in the concepts and basics.
here is the link to UCCXd at Global Knowledge

a network and programming background can make things easier.
