Pack OPEN_REQ message in C#

Hi,

We are trying to pack a CTI Server OPEN_REQ message and send it over the socket to our sandbox environment. We have read the documentation, link below, but we are pretty sure that we have misunderstood something. Is there anyone that might have some C# example code to share?
