I need to be able to have a customer enter a string of digits (their acct number) while in a CVP VXML Application (Not a Micro App), pass those digits back to ICM, and then have ICM pass those digits to the CAD Display.
I've been trying to use the "Digits" element, but it keeps failing with the following error per the VXML Server logs:
Collect_Digits,element,error,A built-in element encountered an exception of type com.audium.server.voiceElement.ElementException.
Not sure if this is the correct way to do things, but I'd love some direction. Image attached.

Janine Graves I just found the answer to my issue. The CEDs were getting to ICM, but not to CAD. I fixed this by adding the ICM PV2 to my layout list in the CDA online tool.
Once I did that, the CED carried over to the CAD display.

That's not a lot to go on.
What's in the error log?

Janine:
Thanks for your willingness to help, but I think that I found the answer in
this post:

Now the issue is, the call won't go to an agent when they become ready.
I'm looking into this on my side. Thanks for the help.
Sincerely,

Update:
I fixed the issue with the agent getting calls, but when the call hits the
agent's CAD, the CED from CVP are not carried over. I must be doing
something wrong. I'm pretty sure that using
'Call.user.microapp.caller_input' in PV2 is not the right way to do things,
but I can't seem to find the correct way to set this up.
Below are some screenshots of my script and application.
Sincerely,
Ryan Burtch
