Is there a way to allow or force the agent to change their password in CAD? We have created all the users with no passwords. Now Business wants them to all have unique passwords. We would like to allow the agents to change their own

They should be able to change it from the ccmuser page.

The CCMuser page is for callmanager. I don't believe it interfaces with the Agent Desktop for UCCE

For UCCX that is the way to change it. I don't know that you have UCCE, I have no knowledge about UCCE, maybe somebody else can help you with this.

If this is UCCE then there is no way for agents to change their own passwords. Agent passwords are managed by UCCE administrators only. Because of this restriction I generally recommend setting agent passwords to some static value, such as having it be the same as their agent id or having a single password across all agents.
