Permalink timezone and locale

If have created a permalink which is linked to a dashboard/report that lists all the phone calls received during the day. The report has "Enable Unauthenticated Access" enabled so that anyone can view it without having to login. But all the times in the report are shown in the server timezone and not the timezone of the location where the agents reside. The times are also in the wrong format.

Is there a way to set the Timezone and/or Locale on a permalink so that the times on the report are displayed correctly?

Not possible. Since there is no authentication on the dashboard, then there are no user properties to apply to the reports.

If all the agents are in the same location you could set the timezone of the data source. This would not help if users were in different locations, but you may get closer to what you want to see.

This is the same effect you would get if you changed the TZ of the server.
