Hello I have a problem in Finesse Login with LDAP user, using softphone, LDAP user can login finesse. But when I use hard phone, I login with LDAP user. Below error shown”The device associated with that extension or dial number is invalid.”. Could anyone help me? Thanks.

I assume this is UCCX environment vs. UCCE. Couple of things to check:
make sure the proper extension is defined as the IPCC extension on the end user in CUCM
make sure the desk phone is associated with the rmuser
If above are correct, unassociate the user from the application user and re-associate again.

Do you have IPv6 Enabled on the Common Device configuration for the phone in CUCM?

I had the same issue on my 1st UCCX finesse deployment. Changing the the setting to IPv4 only resolved the login issue.
