Dears,

I am doing a fresh installation of CRS 5.0.2SR01_Build053 on MCS 7816 server. I used Cisco OS media for the OS installation and I have 2003.1.5aSR8.

Once I start the installation, it gives me the attached error.

Any body faced this issue ? and what is the solution ?

Many Thanks

Haytham

Haytham,

Is your 7816 server model among the ones in list below ?

MCS-7816-I3-CCX1

MCS-7816-I4-CCX1

MCS-7816-H3-CCX1

GP.

Yeah it is MCS-7816-H3-CCX1

Could you post the CRS & OS versions as displayed on the Installation media ( DVDs ) you have ? Are they the same as you mentioned initially ?

GP.

Yes exactly. The same i mentioned initially.

Hi Haytham,

Please access the below path on the CRS box,

C:\Program Files\wfavvid\ClusterData and open the Profile.ini file and see what are the contents of it.

If it is a First Node UCCX than it has the contents like below (for an example),

-------------------------------------------------

#Tue Jan 31 11:36:48 IST 2012

clusterProfile=default

port=1099

ipAddress=10.78.94.101

latestUpdateTimeStamp=1299145633489

Completed=true

--------------------------------------------

You can try changing the ip address by your CRS ip and try once again.

Hope it helps.

Anand
