I am here to inform that CIM a.k.a EIM WIM integration wizard can be re-run by following the steps described below.
- On CIM create a new department
- On ICM, delete all the configurations and configure it from scratch i.e
- Application instance
- Application path
- Media class
- Media Routing Domain
- Skill Group
- Dialed Number
- Call Type
- Labels
- ECC Variables
- Network VRU
I faced an in issue in PCCE where the configuration on ICM was not ok and i was trying to re-run the setup. While running the setup, if we select the same department that was configured previously, it gives message that "wizard cannot be run on the same department" which was resolved after adding a new department on CIM.
