For our client we have developed 2 Wallboard pages for UCCX 8.0 based Contact Centre, both the pages do a database dip every 2 secs.
Main Screen: Details on this screen is captured from RtCSQsSummary Table
Agent Status Screen: Details on this screen is captured from Resource / AgentStateDetail / ResourceSkillMapping / Skill Tables
We have observed that the data seen on the Main Screen- Agent Status is not in sync with the data seen on the Agent Status Screen. If a State of the Agent changes on the Agent Status screen to Ready, the number of Ready Agents on the Main Screen is not reflected immediately. It takes almost 10-12 secs to reflect the changes on the Main Screen. We have checked the data by accessing the Database directly using Squirrel, the RtCSQsSummary table data takes longer to reflect the changes seen in the AgentStateDetail Table.
Does anyone know why the data in the RtCSQsSummary table takes longer to refresh than the AgentStateDetail table, is there any configuration which controls this?

Hi
The rtCsqSummary table and the other rt table should update in accordance with the settings configured in 'Tools/Realtime Snap Shot Config'. Check that the interval there is set to 5 seconds as the default is 30.
If it is set to 5 and isn't updating properly, it's probably TAC-case-time.
