What are the options available for Remote Silent Monitoring agent calls (via a PSTN call by the supervisor/QA) in UCCX ver11+ / UCCE ver11+ ?

Depends on how complex/quick you want this to be. I know you mentioned PSTN, but would you consider using a IP Communicator/Jabber phone for the supervisor? I'm guessing you want live monitoring vs. say listening to recorded calls (no phone needed).
