Replace system prompts in UCCX

Anybody please tell how to replace the default system prompts in UCCX.

I am using system language as Arabic and in "Create Generated Prompt" node, i am trying to play numbers.

The numbers are playing correctly, but i need to change the files to be played as custom one.

so where i have to upload the custom wave files, also what should be the name given to custom wave files.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

UCCX Version : 10.0

Hi ,

You have installed UCCX in English or in Arabic language . during fresh installation you will get option to select system language.
