We are running: Version 11.6(1) Build 11.6.1.10000.51
Essentially I want to be able to see how many calls my group has taken per month/Day/ hour. To find out when our busy times are?
The closer I can get to how many calls per day and then hour I can get my metrics.

You can check the traffic analysis report and see if it helps you pull what you want.
Refer to the snippet below:
If the stock reports on CUIC does not provide what you are looking for then you will have to customize the reports which require a standalone CUIC.

I am assuming, you wanted to see the calls answered by a specific group(team) with consolidation on Month/Day/hour in a single report.
