Retrieving SocialMiner logs

Hello,

I have deployed SocialMiner 11.6.2.10000-21 in conjunction with CCX for webchat and email queuing.

The webchat and inbound IMAP email work ok but outbound secure SMTP fails. In Finesse the agent sees "Unable to reply to customer's email. Click Send to retry, or requeue"

I want to access the SocialMiner log files but the server is in a DMZ and I cannot connect to it via RTMT.

Is there any other way of getting the logs?

The post at this link says that the can be accessed at the urls below

Runtime Logs: https://<SocialMiner Server IP/Host>/ccp-webapp/logs/runtime/

File Pattern: CCBU-runtime.*.startup.log, Error-runtime.*.startup.log

API Logs: https://<SocialMiner Server IP/Host>/ccp-webapp/logs/ccapi/

File Pattern: CCBU-ccpapi.*.startup.log, Error-ccpapi.*.startup.log

However when I try to access the URLs I get a message saying that the requested resource is not available.

Has the URL changed or been withdrawn?

Is it possible to access logs via the CLI?

Any help most welcome.

You're going to have to ask your network team to put you on the DMZ so you can use RTMT that's really going to be your own hope. Maybe you can use another box already in the DMZ there is a Windows and Linux client for it.
