SocialMiner 12 - Error During Installaltion

Anyone tried to install SocialMiner 12.0 successfully?

Below is where the installation keeps stucking before throwing a timeout error.

Any advice?

Hi,

I would suggest opening a TAC case for this. I've done an upgrade from 11.6 to 12.0 successfully, but haven't tried a fresh install.

It will continue if you leave long enough, it then stop script 2 at 9 % for a while, then all of a sudden wakes up and continues to install as normal.
