We are attempting to get SocialMiner Web bubble chat to work on https:
We use the code provided from Web Chat widget in UCCX. I took a snip if of the code to show the https. The problem is when I view the error in Google Chrome (see httperror.jpg screen shot attached) SocialMiner is attempting to connect via http instead of https. Has anyone seen this error and why it's doing this?

Not sure if this is the issue you're having, but FYI re: Google and UCCX and SocialMiner with bubble chat and a Cisco defect.

Thanks for the information but I've tested it in other browsers and it had similar issues. See logs below.
I took a look at the logs and I see the same behavior, the Social Contact Link is created over HTTP instead of HTTPS:

Hi Sniperwolf13,
You are most likely facing BugID CSCvt76008. I have confirmed via SR690259001 that this bug also impacts Firefox, Edge, etc. after testing in our CCX 12.5 & CCP 12.5 environment. Applying the ES03 patch resolved the issue.

Where can I find the ES03 patch for UCCX 12.5 and CCP 12.5?
