Issue:
We configured a reply template using HTTPS. Upon clicking "reply"
button, CSM shows error: "The custom reply template is not available".
By monitoring of the underlying web traffic, we find CSM responded with an "javax.net.ssl.SSLPeerUnverifiedException: Peer not authenticated"
- error. After investigation, CISCO dev engineer can reproduce the behavior in their own lab, hence confirmed it's a bug in CSM 11.5.
We tried to use HTTP in the reply template, but HTTP won't allow us to interact with CSM to get the user authentication information, which is essential in the reply template.
Can you please suggest how to rectify the issue.
