Hi Guys, I have configured SocialMiner 9 with UCCX 9 for a basic customer web chat using the CAD Agents. However, when am incoming chat request comes into the CAD from the customer, I get an authentication prompt which says:

Sign-in Required
"
If I use the agent's logon details, then it just continualy prompts. If I use the admin credentials, then it enters the chat window, but just says "connecting to chatroom" and "Real time updates are not available"
Does anyone have any advice or has seen this issue as well? I have no AD integration, users/agents are created on the CUCM.
