My SQL team is preparing to refresh the SQL servers so anyone tell me what sql version is supported for CCX 8.5 (SU3)?

UCCX v8.x and v9.x support: MS SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008.

UCCX v10.x to v10.5 support: MS SQL Server 2005, 2008 and 2012. No support for 2000.

And I believe, starting with UCCX v10.6 and versions thereafter support: MS SQL Server 2014.

The question is... from a security vulnerability standpoint, can you install and run a older version of SQL Server? If there's any concerns, then you should upgrade UCCX and SQL Server.
