Supported Software to Package CTIOS Client

I have a customer that is creating a custom CTIOS client and I can't find any mention of what packing methods/software are supported.  I assume this means I can use any if Cisco is specifically stating which ones are supported.  Does anyone know the offical word from Cisco?

Specifically they are asking if its supported to use App-V to package and depoy the custom CTIOS client.

This isn't recommended by Cisco - see the tech tip document below. In summary, packaging customised desktops and upgraded desktops is not supported.
