How does your company handle deleting ECE agents who have open activities or cases? I have agents I need to delete, but cannot until I address the open activities or cases assigned to the agent. I created a workflow for transferring an agent's activities back to the queue, but the related cases remain open; preventing me from deleting the terminated agents. I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle this scenario. Any suggestions?

Are you able to leave the agents in the system, but mark them as Inactive like in UCCE for instance?

All you need to do is use the Pick functionality to Pick the activity/case from the agent.
