Test UCCX 10.5 VM won't get users from CUCM

Stumped on why Resources aren't showing up on the system.  Have created the RMCM application user, copy of the production user ID, on CUCM, assigned my phone to it as a controlled device, assigned the IPCC extension on my user config.  I've tried a database resync, which says it completes successfully.  Created a Call Control Group, Trigger, etc. and they are getting auto-created on CUCM.  I don't know what's blocking the users/Resources from showing up.  What am I missing?

In order for the users to show up on UCCX as resources all you need is select the IPCC Extension on the user page in CUCM and ensure AXL is running on both sides. If you have done it and they don't show up you'll need to dig into the logs.

Might sound stupid but I really don't know where to look for the logs!  :-)

 

I was able to get a call center working.  I copied a script, prompts, docs, etc. to the test system but was just getting the "system problems" recording.  Found that the issue is a subflow that all of our scripts call for the call center state check.  I modified the script to not check if it's open or not, just continue as open, and it's flowing through to the "no agents available" (because I can't get any users for agents), and it's going to voicemail where I left a message.

Two things, is your CM version compatible with the UCCX version. In order to check this, please run show version active on your UCCX and CM CLI.

Once you have the respective versions, please check if they are compatible with each other or not by going through the below compatibility matrix:

Second, are you able to see the users under Tools >> User Management >> User View or not.

I guess they are not compatible.  UCCX is 10.5 and CUCM is 8.5.  I do have a CUCM 10.5 test system with absolutely nothing on it.  The time to set that up is prohibitive right now.

I learned that the other issue with the date/time check needs an update of joda time.

Yes UCCX 10.5 is not compatible with CUCM 8.5 and this is the reason your agents are not showing up in UCCX. Please integrate your UCCX 10.5 with CUCM 10.5 to get this issue resolved.
